New Design!!!

Hello Dolls!! As most of you can tell, I have a new title/picture for my blog!!! I've been working on it the passed few days. I took a whole day taking pictures of my makeup or like other scenery's to put as the picture, but I was having difficulties finding a decent shot. It was either too much, not enough, too many words, or just plain boring. Then it hit me while I was doing my makeup, why don't I use the fake rose my boyfriend got me!! That is exactly what I did.
I personally love the grey of my walls and the pretty pink rose together. I spent most of the day, yesterday, trying to edit the picture to be perfect. I did not want the rose to be the focal point, I wanted " The Beauty Confessionals" to be the main point. As for my blog as a whole; I wanted to have all focus on the pictures. So I chose this really muted pink just to be a pretty wash of color. I think it compliments the light purple in the title picture.
I am by no means a photographer!! I take all my pictures off my iphone, and I am eyeing these two cameras by Nikon one is the CoolPix P7700 , which I KNOW is so not going to happen, but I girl can dream. The other is the Nikon CoolPix S4300, which is a lot more reasonable. I like the P7700 more because of the view finder, but both can take pictures and videos in HD. So just saving up the money to give you all more quality videos and pictures! (:
 I barely edit at all. I am not going to lie, istagram is my life saver for most pictures hahah! However, I did use Ribbet to edit, and then I used the 1960s filter on Picassa (for google), to get that pretty purple wash and yellowness in the flower. I am pretty pleased on how it turned out. I hope you all like it, and the new layout. It is a working progress, but for now I am happy with it. I think for my videos I will be using this as the new intro as well (: It is me. Simple yet classy.
So I guess this is the end of this ramblely post that made NO sense. Haha!! I hope you all enjoy this(: Now time for bed.
